Storage Protectors is steadfast in its commitment to providing the highest level of professional customer service to its clients and customers. To make changes to coverages, request a coverage summary, request a Certificate of Insurance, request a Declarations Page or request proof of Storage Protectors contents program coverage, please contact our Customer Service Representatives. Online Seminars

Storage Protectors provides informative training webinars available to clients who have completed enrollment. Online seminars will take place every Wednesday at 1 PM PST. Please, email [email protected]  to register. Once registered, a confirmation email containing webinar information will be emailed to you.

Canceling Coverages

This is a monthly, pay-as- you-go, renewable coverage program. Coverage continues so long as your monthly program fee and rent is paid current. Terminating your lease and moving out of your self – storage unit or returning your mobile storage container, stops your coverage. Requests for Program of cancellations can also be emailed to us at [email protected].
