Storage Protectors is a brand name used in connection with a tenant contents insurance and container damage waiver insurance program for the self-storage and portable storage container industry. Storage Protectors is not an insurance company and does not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance.
Insurance coverage associated with the Storage Protectors Program is provided under a single master reporting insurance policy underwritten by Aspen Specialty Insurance Company. Renters who elect coverage are enrolled under the master policy and issued Certificates of Insurance evidencing their coverage.
Insurance coverage is offered and serviced by Complete Storage Insurance, LLC, the licensed insurance producer and Program Administrator for the program.
Customer Support
Customer service and insurance policy servicing for coverage associated with the Storage Protectors Program are handled by Complete Storage Insurance, LLC.
Coverage is provided under the master insurance policy underwritten by Aspen Specialty Insurance Company, and the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of that policy govern all coverage provided through the program. Individual coverage terms cannot be modified.

Canceling Coverage
Coverage associated with the Storage Protectors Program is provided through the master reporting policy underwritten by Aspen Specialty Insurance Company and remains in effect while a renter maintains an active storage rental agreement and remains enrolled under the policy.
A renter may cancel their enrollment for coverage under the master policy at any time. Coverage also typically ends when:
- The storage rental agreement terminates and stored property is removed from the storage unit, or
- The rented portable storage container, mobile storage trailer, or mobile office is returned.
