File a Claim

For Claims with a Date of Loss before November 30th 2024 please follow the below:

1. Click the Download Claim Form Button
2. Click the Download Coverage Confirmation Form Button
3. Complete the Claim Form and save it for your records
4. Email the completed Claim Form to: [email protected]
5. Email or deliver the Coverage Confirmation Form to the facility you rented the container or self-storage unit from
6. Contact the facility you rented from to confirm they completed the Coverage Confirmation Form and emailed it to [email protected]
